Now that an opponent entered the race, thanks to all of you we have hit the ground running with our campaign for my re-election to school board! 

Here’s the latest progress and many ways for you to join in:

1. Yard signs - we now have over 100 posted by neighbors throughout Walnut Creek, Clayton and Concord. Order yours here.
2. Endorsements - More than 20 elected officials have endorsed my campaign including Congressman DeSaulnier, Assemblymember Bauer Kahan, District Attorney Becton, and mayors/councilmembers from every city in my district area.  Plus, more than 50 teachers, parents and community members have added their names as well.  See the full list and please add your name here.
3. House parties: Save the date for Sunday Sept 18th for a house party in Walnut Creek!  And let me know if you’d like to host in your area as well.
4. Canvassing: We’ll begin to walk neighborhoods in September, so dust off your shoes and join me for great exercise and community outreach. Click here to join our walking team.

• Saturday Sept 10th - the Democratic Party of Contra Costa County is holding its annual BBQ. Get your tickets here (early bird is until Aug 31) or let me know if you want to volunteer at my campaign table!

• Saturday Oct 1st - Join me in supporting the Mt Diablo Education Foundation by running, walking or volunteering in the Break a Sweat Run for Education: breakasweat.run
