Join the Democratic Party of Contra Costa as we Kick-Off this campaign season with a UNIFIED walk! Together we will be walking neighborhoods from six different locations throughout the county and this walk will be launching out of Concord.

If you are interested in walking for Democratic-endorsed candidates in Concord, Pleasant Hill, Clayton, or Walnut Creek ... join us at Newhall Park at the picnic tables / by the Bocce Ball courts.

Never walked neighborhoods and dropped off door hangers before? No worries!

• No door-knocking
• No need to prepare talking points

Whether you're a seasoned pro or have never gotten involved in politics before, we'll start with a brief training to learn about the election and the candidates, and download the PDI app on your smart phone. So lace up your comfy walking shoes ... and bring a mask, sun screen, water bottle, charged smart phone, a smile (underneath your mask), and a friend! We need all hands on deck!

Guest speakers will be added to the event as they are confirmed.

Coffee, water, and donuts will be provided.

Tips: Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. If the weather is going to be hot wear sunscreen and cooler clothes, or if the weather is going to be colder wear light layers.
